Posted: Updated:

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) - The Shiawassee County Sheriff's Office has released an update in the case of a missing Shiawassee County man, presumed dead.

His brother is now behind bars. Andrew Idle, 26 is facing decades in prison for "conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance."

He's also charged as a habitual offender in his brother Aaron Idle's disappearance. Officials say Andrew had contact with his brother the night he went missing.

Aaron was from Owosso. He was last seen on March 23, 2013.

Police believe Aaron was given drugs, then found unresponsive and presumed dead. Officials believe his body ended up in a land fill, though, it has never been found.

Another man was arrested in connection to his death, back in August and police say more arrests are likely in the near future.
