Former PTO President Sentenced To 6 - 20 Years For Criminal Sexual Conduct

JACKSON, Mich. (WLNS) - A Brooklyn mother and former Parent Teacher Organization president is going to prison.

Jill Miller, 37 was sentenced to six to 20 years in prison for taking sexual pictures and videos of a 9-year-old girl. She is charged with three counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct. 

Miller later sent the material to a man she met online, Michael Ettenberger, who was a principal at a middle school in Indiana.

Ettenberger has not been sentenced at this time. He was arrested in Indianapolis on Thursday, Dec. 5 and taken to Jackson County. His preliminary examination is scheduled for early February.

Ettenberger, from Indianapolis has been charged in Jackson county with six felonies: Criminal Sexual Conduct 2nd Degree, Child Sexually Abusive Activity, Using the Internet/Computer to Communicate with Another to Commit a Crime, Solicitation to Commit Criminal Sexual Conduct 2nd Degree, Solicitation to Commit Child Sexually Absusive Activity and Possession of Child Sexually Abusive Material.

Miller pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal sexual conduct on Nov. 26, 2013. She was charged with three felonies: Criminal Sexual Conduct 2nd Degree, Child Sexually Abusive Activity and Using the Internet/Computer to Communicate With Another to Commit a Crime.

Judge McBain sentenced the mother of four on Wednesday, Jan. 8.
