Police Search For Suspect After Armed Robbery At FirstMerit Bank

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) - Authorities say the FirstMerit Bank was robbed Thursday afternoon.

It happened around 5p.m. in the 2000 block of Lake Lansing Road in Lansing Township.

Police say one person entered the bank and showed a hand gun. The suspect was able to get away with money.

Two police officers and a police dog were seen looking around the area.

No one was injured. Police are still investigating.
