Gas Prices Continue To Rise

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) - If you're traveling for any weekend activities, you'll want to pay attention to the prices at the pump.

Gas prices saw a big spike in mid-Michigan this week.

According to GasBuddy.com the average price for a gallon of gas in Lansing sits at $3.40. That's up more than 15 cents from just yesterday.

Prices could be going up even higher Friday.

Jackson is currently seeing prices averaging $3.45.

As a state Michigan is now averaging $3.38 per gallon.
