Judge Denies Enbridge Protestors Motion

Posted: Updated:

INGHAM COUNTY, Mich. (WLNS) - An Ingham County Circuit judge has denied a motion to dismiss the charges of four people who protested the construction of an enbridge pipeline in July, according to our media partners at MLive.

Back in July protestors gathered at the site of a pipeline construction in Stockbridge. Four people locked themselves onto the equipment to try to stop the construction.

They were charged with resisting and obstructing an officer.

Their trial will begin later this month.
