Police Find Two Teens Accused Of Tire-Slashing Spree


LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) - Police have identified two teenagers who they say are responsible for slashing tires on Sunday afternoon.

It happened in the area of Wilson and Waverly Roads.

The teens are two black boys, both 13-years-old. Police believe the boys were involved in a mass tire-slashing incident involved 12 cars.

Most of the cars had all four tires slashed. The total damage amount is not yet known.

Police say statements have been taken and evidence collected, but the boys were released to their parents while the investigation continues.
