Police Say Man Stabbed In Head Repeatedly By Girlfriend

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) - Police in Lansing say a domestic dispute ended in a 37-year-old man being repeatedly stabbed in the head by his girlfriend.

Police say a 28-year-old stabbed the man just before 4p.m. Monday in the 1600 block of Lyon Street in Lansing, then took off on foot.

When police arrived to the scene, a man was outside of a home with multiple stab wounds to his face and the back of his head. Police say the wounds are severe, but are not life-threatening.

The victim was taken away to Sparrow Hospital for treatment.

Tracking dogs were brought in to look for the woman police say stabbed him, but were not able to find her.
