Gas Prices Flip, Rise Projected

UPDATE: Earlier Tuesday gas prices were falling, but prices started to rise around noon.

The projected hike, according to is an average of $3.39 for Lansing.

Lansing's average has risen from $3.21 to $3.25. The current national average is $3.26. The Michigan average is sitting at $3.23.

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) - Gas prices are continuing to fall, and even some since Monday.

The current Lansing average sits at $3.21, though a few gas stations in the area are selling gas for $3.12-$3.17.

Prices are higher in Laingsburg, Okemos and Williamston, as high as $3.27-$3.49.

Jackson falls right in between, at $3.22-$3.29.

The current Michigan average is $3.21 and the national is $3.27.
