Partners Donate $15K For Lansing Scholarship Promise

Posted: Updated:

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) - The Capital Area Women's Lifestyle Magazine and AT&T presented a check for the Lansing Promise scholarship.

The money donated on Thursday supports Lansing graduates in their pursuit of higher education. The scholarship is awarded to help students get a two-year degree or the equivalent at an eligible school.

"We're honored to be able to contribute and enrich the lives of youth in our area, especially at a time when the pursuit of higher educations in our area is more difficult and more important than ever," said Tiffany Dowling, the publisher of CAWLM in a release.

The two are partners for an 80s Flashback Fundraiser in March at the University Club at MSU.
