Police Investigate Two Weekend Armed Robberies

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS)- Lansing police are busy Monday morning searching for suspects in two armed robberies that took place over the weekend.

The most recent one happened at a liquor store Sunday evening just before 7:30 on the 6200 block of Martin Luther King Blvd.

Lansing police tell 6 News that two men entered Mario's Market and pointed a gun at the clerk. No one was hurt but police need your help to find the suspects.

Police are looking for three possible suspects. One had a gray and blue tri-color jacket on with a powder blue or turquoise scarf. The suspects were last seen heading southbound on MLK.

Lansing Police also continue their search for a man wanted in an armed robbery that happened Saturday night.

It happened around 10p.m. at the Little Caesars on North Grand River Avenue near MLK Blvd.  

Police say the man walked into the store, showed a weapon and demanded cash. He got away with some money but no one was injured.
