Crime Stoppers: 2 Request For Info, 2 Wanted For Felonies

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) - Crime Stoppers of mid-Michigan is asking for the public's help in two requests for information and finding two people wanted for felonies.

The first incident happened on January 7 around midnight in the 2600 block of S. Cedar Street. Police were called for an armed robber at a convenience store.

The suspect came in the store demanding money and said he had a gun. He's believed to be responsible for two other robberies in Lansing, as well. He's described as a white man, around 5'10" with spiked hair. He was wearing a headband, black jacket and jeans.

If you know the man pictured above as Cedar Street Robbery, please call the detective with Lansing Police at 517-483-6859 or Crime Stoppers at 517-483-STOP.

The second incident happened January 16 around 2:30a.m. in the 1900 block of E. Michigan Avenue. Police resopnded to an armed robbery at a gas station, where the suspect demanded money.

He's described as a black man around 6' and 180 pounds. He was wearing red pants, a black winter vest, gray hooded sweatshirt with the hood pulled up over his head, a red fleece hat and glasses. Police believe his first name may be Ameer.

Wanted For Felonies:

Wanda McClayton, 39, has a felony warrant for fraud out of Charlotte. She's described as a black woman, 5'7" and 170 pounds. McClayton has black hair and brown eyes.

John Earl Crompton, 46, has a felony warrant for larceny out of Lansing. He's described as a black man, 6'3" and 190 pounds. Crompton has black hair and brown eyes.
