Snow May Have Caused Roof Collapse In Michigan

Posted: Updated:

KENTWOOD, Mich. (AP) - Officials say the weight of snow may have caused a partial roof collapse at an industrial building in western Michigan.

No injuries were reported following Wednesday night's collapse at a building used by auto parts supplier Lacks Enterprises in Kentwood, near Grand Rapids.

Work at the assembly and distribution facility was stopped because of the collapse. The company says snow may be to blame.

Crews expect to survey the damage on Thursday.
