BWL Opens Temporary Center During Renovations

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) - The Lansing Board of Water and Light is beginning renovations for its Haco Customer Service Center.

Construction is expected to last about a year. The board is opening a temporary center just down the road while renovations are made.

The customer service center is located at 830 East Hazel Street and will have walk-up windows for bill payments and questions.

Parking for the center will be along Hazel Street and in the parking lot on the corner of Hazel Street and Pennyslvania Avenue.

Customer service hours are from 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
