Two People Accused Of Animal Killing, Torturing

HILLSDALE, Mich. (WLNS) - Two Hillsdale residents are accused of killing a dog and leaving it outside.

Angela Spicer, 52 and Donald Green, 36 were arraigned on felony charges of animal killing and torturing.

A dead dog was found outside a home in the 30 block of E. Hallett St on Jan. 26.

If the two are found guilty, they could face up to 4 years in prison and up to $5,000 in fines.

The suspects have court appointed attorneys and have been released on their own recognizance, pending exam.
