Former Principal Scheduled In Court Tuesday

JACKSON COUNTY, Mich. (WLNS) - A former Indiana principal appeared in a Jackson County courtroom Tuesday morning for a pre-trial.

Michael Ettenberger, 46, was arrested in December and is charged with six felonies including second degree criminal sexual conduct.

Ettenberger is accused of coaxing the former president of the Columbia Township Parent-Teacher Organization into sending him pictures and video of a 9-year-old girl.

Ettenberger is also charged with possessing child sexually abusive material.

The trial is expected to continue on Thursday.
