Police Search Turns Up Stolen Handguns And Drugs

JACKSON, Mich. (WLNS) - Police in Jackson found multiple drugs and stolen handguns during a search on Wednesday. 

It happened in the 900 block of 3rd Street on Wednesday evening.

Officials found 2 ounces of crack cocaine, a quarter pound of marijuana, four handguns and one rifle.
Of the four handguns, two were stolen and the serial numbers were scratched off.

Police say one 23-year-old man is being held at the Jackson County jail.
