Posted: Updated:

ANN ARBOR, Mich. (WLNS) - A third suspect has been charged in connection to the shooting death of a University of Michigan medical student.

Dajeon Franklin, 21, now faces murder and home invasion charges in connection to the shooting death of Paul Dewolf, 25.

Dewolf was shot and killed in an off campus medical fraternity house.

Franklin's charges come after two men from South Carolina were charged with murder in connection to the crime. One man has already pleaded guilty to second degree murder and another faces trial in May.

Franklin pleaded not guilty to the charges and is due back in court later this month.
