Police Investigating After MSU Student Killed

BATH TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WLNS) - A 19-year-old MSU student is dead after he was found lying in the road along I-69 on Saturday.

Police have identified the 19-year-old man as Dustyn Louis Frolka, from Owosso, Mich.

It happened around 10:23 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 15 on I-69 at the East Lansing exit.

A person driving by, who happened to be a nurse began first aid, but when emergency personnel arrived on scene, the man was in respiratory distress.

He was taken to Sparrow hospital. Frolka was a sophomore marketing major at MSU.

Police are still investigating the incident at this time.
