Jury Selection Begins In Eric Knysz Trial

MASON COUNTY, Mich. (WLNS) - Jury selection has started for Eric Knysz's trial.

He's charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of Michigan State Police Trooper Paul Butterfield.

Butterfield was killed during a traffic stop in September 2013.

Eric's wife, Sarah Knysze took a plea deal and agreed to testify against her husband.

The trial is expected to go on for about two weeks.
