CHARLOTTE, N.C., Feb. 19, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Carolinas AGC (CAGC) is excited to unveil an international opportunity that supports how the construction industry is changing in the Carolinas globally and strategically. In response to our members' desire for CEO enhancement and Young Leaders development, and the need for interactive adult learning experiences, CAGC has partnered with People to People for a Construction Industry Study Tour to China, October 20-31.

This annual study tour, which will offer leadership development through the Center for Intentional Leadership, will provide the construction industry the opportunity to visit Chinese construction firms, construction industry associations, project sights, and related government agencies in Beijing, Xian, and Shanghai. The experience will enhance our global understanding of a competitor already working in the Carolinas, promote networking and relationship building as we travel together, and support the development of our young leaders who will be running our companies in a global marketplace.
