("Chindex" or the "Company") (Nasdaq –CHDX-News) relating to the proposed acquisition by a buyer consortium including the Company CEO. ("Consortium").
Under the terms of the transaction, Chindex shareholders will receive only $19.50 in cash for each share of Chindex stock they own.
