(WLNS) - Marqua McCoy was arraigned Thursday, according to our media partners at WWMT.
McCoy is the man originally arrested for violating parole. He was later questioned about the murder of 20-year-old Dominique Nolff and became the prime suspect.
McCoy was arraigned on a charge of "Tampering with an Electronic Device."
His bond is set at $100,000. McCoy is scheduled for a preliminary hearing in early March.
