Police Arrest 3 Suspects in I-69 Student Death


BATH TWP., MI (WLNS) - Police have arrested three suspects in the death of MSU sophomore Dustyn Frolka.

He is the young man who was found unresponsive on the side of I-69 in Bath Township on Saturday, Feb. 15.

Detectives from the Bath Township Police department were able to obtain search warrants for an apartment complex in Saline, MI. Inside they found a large group of people with illegal narcotics. They took one person into custody. Many other people were questioned and later released.

A second warrant lead police to another place in Saline, where two more people were taken into custody. Police also obtained a vehicle.

Three suspects are in custody and the vehicle that was used in the crime was also seized.

Two adults and one juvenile are waiting in the Clinton County Jail with no bond on the charge of open murder.

All three will be arraigned Monday at the 65th district court in St. Johns.
