Victim's Aunt Calls Accused Attacker "Evil"

Posted: Updated:

JACKSON, MI (WLNS) - The murder trial continues Thursday for a Jackson woman accused of beating and stabbing her boyfriend to death.

Our media partners at the Jackson Citizen Patriot have been following this trial closely.

Camia Gamet, 31, is charged with open murder. She's accused of killing Marcus Hill in their home on Lansing Avenue in May 2013.

The Ctizien Patriot says Hill's aunt took the stand Wednesday and called Gamet "evil" and said she abused him often.

According to her attorney, the night Hill died it was dark, and Gamet defended herself against an unknown attacker.
