Jury Finds Woman Guilty In Boyfriend's Death

UPDATE: In the trial of a woman accused of killing her boyfriend, the jury found Camia Gamet guilty. 

The 31-year-old woman was found guilty of first degree murder in the stabbing death of Marcell Hill.

Gamet will be sentenced in April.

JACKSON, MI  (WLNS) - Jury deliberations are continuing Wednesday in the murder trial of Camia Gamet.

According to our media partners at the Jackson Citizen Patriot she's charged with beating and stabbing her boyfriend Marcell Hill to death in the spring of 2012.

Gamet's attorneys say she acted in self defense.

Prosecutors say that's not the case and say Gamet has a history of domestic violence.
