Court Requires Forensic Exam For Teen Accused In MSU Student Death

ST. JOHNS, MI (WLNS) - The three Saline teens charged with murder in the death of MSU student Dustyn Frolka were in court on Thursday.

Brendan Heim, 16, will be sent for a forensic exam. Samantha Grigg and Tyrel Bredemitz, both 18 had their cases adjourned until April.

Dustyn Frolka is the young man who was found unresponsive on the side of I-69 in Bath Township on Saturday, Feb. 15.

Each suspect is facing three counts including conspiracy to commit armed robbery, armed robbery with the use of brass knuckes and felony murder in connection to the death of Dustyn Frolka. These charges could put them behind bars for life without parole.

"There really wasn't a well know relationship established between them," said Bath Detective Sergeant Gary Smith.
