Walgreens Robbery Suspect Charged

UPDATE (March 14) - The Walgreens robbery suspect has been identified, caught and charged.

LANSING, MI (WLNS) - Lansing police are asking for the public's help to find this man (see picture) who they say robbed a Lansing Walgreens. 

It happened around 6:34 a.m. Friday in the 400 block of East Jolly Road at the Walgreens.

Police say he walked into the store and picked up an item to purchase. When the employee rang up the item and opened the cash register, the man reached in and grabbed some money from the drawer.

The suspect then left the store with the money. No employees were injured.

The suspect is described as a white man, about 30-years-old, 5'10"-6 feet tall and 180 pounds. He has shoulder length dark hair and brown eyes.

He was wearing a light blue hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans at the time of the robbery.
