JACKSON, MI (WLNS) - City officials are trying to decide what logo will go up on two water towers.

The city council voted on Tuesday to postpone a decision on a design for the water towers, that's according to our media partners at the Jackson Citizen Patriot.

Officials had initially said the towers would be left blank if a logo choice wasn't made this week.

A previous design would have put the word "Jackson" on the towers in Arial font with the city's logo inside of the letter "o", but council members rejected it.

Now they will vote on the design at a meeting in April.
