EAST LANSING, MI (WLNS) - The latest State of the State survey shows that Michigan consumers are growing more confident about their personal finances.
The MSU survey shows that 40 percent say their financial situation is better this winter than a year ago, while 31 percent said it's worse.
Michigan residents are also upbeat about their future.
Some 59 percent said they expect to be better off a year from now, while only 20 percent said they expected to see worse.
