(WLNS) - General Motors CEO Mary Barra is getting ready to testify in front of a sub-committee Tuesday.
The committee is investigating the GM's recalls which are affecting more than 2 million vehicles.
That's after a new report shows GM had time to correct the problems with the ignition switch, but failed to do so.
The problems have been linked to more than a dozen deaths.
According to investigators GM engineers met twice in 2005 to consider changes to the ignition switches, but decided against it.
