The victims are the driver and passenger in a car rear-ended by a semi on US-127 Tuesday afternoon.
JACKSON, MI (WLNS) - A man accused in the death of his infant son is expected in court Tuesday.
The 30-year-old father, Michael Young, is accused of placing his infant son in bath water that was too hot and failing to report it to authorities.
Officials say the infant later died of burn injuries.
Young is charged with felony murder and first degree child abuse.
