(WLNS) - The Center for Auto safety wants the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration to issue a recall for some Chevrolet Impalas.
They say models built between 2003 and 2010 may have problem with the airbag's computer system.
The problem could prevent airbags from deploying if someone bounces in the seat during an accident.
The computer system can sense that no one is in the seat and as a result not deploy in a time of need.
