(WLNS) - Lansing and East Lansing police have identified the two victims in Monday's shootings.
The first victim was shot inside the Rite Aid Pharmacy at the Frandor Shopping Center in Lansing.  He is identified as 35 year old Michael Addo of Mason.
The second victim was identified by East Lansing police as 27 year old Jordan Rogers of East Lansing.
The suspect was taken into custody after a standoff at a home in the 1800 block of Coolidge Road in East Lansing.  He surrendered to police and a weapon was recovered.
The suspect's name has not been released and charges have not been filed yet.  Police say they are preparing their reports to turn over to the prosecutor.  Those could be completed in the next two days.  At that time the prosecutor will determine which charges to file.
