(WLNS) - The case of Ricard Taylor, the man accused in last week's shooting deaths, stopped briefly in court this morning.

His preliminary examination was to have been this morning but has been postponed until the court can get results from a psychological evaluation.

Police say Taylor walked into the Rite Aid on Saginaw Street near the Frandor shopping area and shot pharmacist Michael Addo.

According to officials he then made his way to the 1800 block of Coolidge Road in East Lansing where he shot and killed Jeremy Rogers.

6 New reporter Joe Khalil was in the courtroom this morning and will have an update on 6 News at Noon.
