"Cycling2Give" Benefits Military

(WLNS) - With Memorial Day just a few days away you may be looking for a way to say "thank you" to those who have sacrificed or are currently sacrificing their lives for our country.

One local organization is making it their mission to do just that-- one mile at a time.

And they're asking for your help.

Back in September of 2013, Janna Rowan and Don Debusk, founded "Cycling2Give" as they traveled more than 1200 miles to Texas to raise money for an organization called "Self-help for independence in Michigan Equalizing the Deafblind".

The couple will begin their journey again in September, but this time for a different cause: the military. As Memorial Day nears the organization is asking mid-Michiganders to help donate funds and items to military members who do not hear from family.
