(WLNS) - A small hiccup in the Detroit bankruptcy case is causing about 2,000 ballots to be mailed again to retirees and city employees.
Federal bankruptcy Judge Steven Rhodes says the ballots contained wrong information about the city's plans to help pay for pensions.
Roughly 30,000 current and former workers have until July 11th to vote on pension cuts and other changes to retirement benefits.
Judge Rhodes will start a trial on the city's bankruptcy on July 24th.
