The suspect is 42-year-old Scott Allen Waters. An officer spoke with witnesses at Scott Waters’ home. Witnesses told police Waters had recently been at the house on North Lake Rd. and had been driving the stolen BMW.

Around 4:45 a.m. Wednesday city of Jackson officers spotted the BMW near Jackson St. and Glick and chased the suspect.

County units picked up the chase near Springport Rd. and Rives Junction Rd. The chase ended near Sandstone and Lincoln roads, but the suspect and BMW are still out on the loose.
