Posted: Updated:
(WLNS) - A 28-year-old man accused of intentionally hitting a man with a car and killing him, then driving away has been found guilty.

A jury found Jordan Dunn guilty of first degree murder in court on Wednesday afternoon.

Jordan Dunn was arrested back in October 2013 and charged with assault with intent to commit murder.

The hit and run happened at the Mason Manor Mobile Home Park, off of Hull Road, south of Mason. Police say Dunn intentionally hit Benjamin Berlin with the car. Berlin, 42 at the time, died as a result of injuries sustained from the hit and run.
