(WLNS) - It's day one of the "Common Ground Music Festival" in Lansing and organizers are busy putting the final touches on the stages.
They're also welcoming the bands who will hit the stages tonight at Adado Riverfront Park.
The "Sparrow Stage" and "GM Pavilion Stage" get things started shortly before 6:00 p.m.
At the "GM Pavillion Stage" you can check out "So So Glos", "The Front Bottoms", "Say Anything" and "Dinosaur Pile Up"
The "Sparrow Stage" includes bands such as "You Blew It" and "Seahaven".
Both the GM Pavillion and Sparrow Stages will play music until 11:45 tonight.
And over at the "Auto Value Main Stage" music there begins at 6:30 with "The Hold Steady" followed by "Circa Survive" at 8:00 and headliner "Brand New" going on at 9:30.
WLNS is a proud sponsor of the music festival again this year.
