HOUSTON, July 8, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Tim joined Cross Point Capital in 2013 and is the head of CMBS Sales and Trading. He has been in the real estate business for over 30 years, starting his career in real estate development where he was originally hired in the Real Estate Finance Group at Salomon Brothers in 1986.  Since that time he has held a variety of positions in mortgage origination, CMBS trading, and working with servicers while employed at some of the top ranked CMBS issuers during its heyday.  Additionally, he was a portfolio manager at Oppenheimer Funds where he was one of the market's biggest investors buying below investment grade and distressed CMBS.  Tim graduated from Syracuse University and later received an M.B.A. in Real Estate Finance from Wharton.

Sudeep joined Cross Point Capital in 2013 and is responsible for the firm's Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS) Sales & Trading. Prior to joining Cross Point, Sudeep was a Vice President at National Alliance Capital Markets in CMBS Sales. Prior to National Alliance, Sudeep was an Institutional Sales Associate at Tejas Securities where he worked on a variety of fixed income products including Distressed Debt, High Yield, RMBS, and CMBS. He holds a B.B.A. from Red McCombs Business School at The University of Texas at Austin and is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
