Crime Stoppers: 1 Attempt To Identify, 2 Wanted For Felonies

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) - Crime Stoppers of mid-Michigan is asking for the public's help to identify two people and find two people wanted for felonies.

Case 1 - Police need help to identify two people accused of trying to break into a vending machine. It happened on Wednesday July 2 in the 3900 block of Stabler St.

Surveillance videos show that three men approached the school with shirts wrapped around their faces to conceal the identity. Later two of the three men climbed through the broken out window and entered the school. The pair went to a vending machine are and tried to break into one of the machines. Once they realized they couldn't break the glass they left the area.

Maurice Charvak Knighten has a felony warrant for attempted murder out of Jackson, MI. Knighten is a 16-year-old black man, 5'5" and weighs 150 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. *Knighten is possibly armed If you have any information, please call Sgt. Hiller at (517) 768-8728.
 
Marylou Riemenschmeiver has a felony warrant for receiving stolen property out of Lansing, MI. Riemenschmeiver is a 32-year-old white woman, 5'9" and weights 160 pounds. She has blond hair and blue eyes. UPDATE: Riemenschmeiver has surrendered to police.
