Decision On License Revocation Coming Soon

Posted: Updated:
EATON COUNTY, MI (WLNS) - A daycare provider fighting to keep her license is going to ask a judge to re-open temporarily.

Tina Hause's attorney tells 6 News they plan to file a motion tomorrow in an appellate court to ask a judge to allow them to re-open her doors, until a decision on her license is made.

The state argues she should lose her license after a 2-year-old under her supervision got through a gate and wandered into the middle of M-99.

Hause's attorney says it's her only mistake in 34 years and shouldn't result in losing her license. A decision on whether or not to take away that license is expected in the next 30 days.
