Officials Searching For Missing Woman

UPDATE: Renee Ann Taylor-Griffin contacted her family on Wednesday, August 27. She is okay and is no longer missing.

JACKSON, MI (WLNS) – The Jackson County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help to find a missing woman.

The woman, Renee Ann Taylor-Griffin was reported missing on Monday, August 25.

Officials have been searching for her since then, but are seeking help now since they have not found her.

Renee Ann Taylor-Griffin is a white woman, 5'9” and she weighs about 150-160 pounds. She has green eyes and brown hair with some lighter brown to blond highlights.

Renee Ann Taylor-Griffin's family last heard from her on August 19. They were concerned about her mental state the last time they spoke with her.

Her car was found at the Sargeant Road MDOT park and ride and was locked. Officials found her cell phone inside the car, but they did not find her keys or wallet.
