Prep Time: 10 min
Total Time: 30-45 min
6-8 frozen beef & bean burritos (or another type if you prefer)
2 10-oz cans enchilada sauce
1 8-oz package cheddar cheese, grated
1 9x11 glass cake pan
1/2 lb ground beef, cooked and seasoned to taste (any mexican seasoning), meat is optional
1. Place burritos in slightly oiled cake pan. Pour sauce over top, add cooked beef and cheese.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 min
Yield: 4-8 Servings
Comments: Very quick and easy! Any variety of burritos will do. Try different cheeses too.
