Recipe from Helen Bernard of Oklahoma City, Okla.
Prep Time: 30 min
Total Time: ~45 min
2 half pints of whipping cream
1/4 cup of white sugar
1 bag of mini marshmallows
1 red apple
1/2 can pineapple chunks (drained)
1/2 jar maraschino cherries (drained)
2/3 cup chopped celery
2/3 cup of white grapes, halved
1 cup of chopped walnuts
1. Chop and prepare all ingrediants except whipping cream and marshmallows. Place in container and refrigerate.
2. Just before serving,whip the cream with mixer until stiffened, adding sugar at end of whipping process. Combine suger into the cream.
3. In a large bowl, place whipping cream and fold in ALL ingrediants including 1/2 bag of mini marshmellows. Serve and enjoy.
Yield: 8 Large servings, approximately 1 cup each
