Graduated from: I received my undergraduate degree in Journalism from Michigan State University in 2015 and a Masters degree in Journalism from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University in 2020.
I’ve been doing what I do for: I’ve been a reporter for five years.
My most interesting assignment thus far was: covering All-Star Weekend in 2020.
I have a knack for: making weird trick shots on mini basketball hoops.
I’m passionate about: my family and friends.
I can’t stop talking about: sports — just ask anybody who knows me.
When I’m not reporting I am: playing sports with my friends, taking my dog, Tysen, to the park or cooking with my girlfriend.
Other places you may have seen me: working for MLive Media Group as a sports reporter for three years.
Favorite place in mid-Michigan: Michigan State’s athletic complex — anywhere between the Breslin and Spartan Stadium — it brings back so many good memories from my time as a student at MSU.
Fun fact: I have a twin sister named Michelle who is a professional salsa dancer in Boston and my girlfriend’s name is also Michelle, who is a professional makeup artist and esthetician in the metro-Detroit area.
