AUSTIN, Tx. (CBS) – Homes across the country are continuing to fly off of the market, and one city in Texas is reaping the benefits.
Approximately 2,700 homes in Austin have sold for $100,000 more than the initial listing price.
Officials say, this is an indicator of how Austin, which has been a haven for young professionals, has become even more popular.
