Jackson Blues Festival postponed


Jackson, Mich. (WLNS) The 2021 Jackson Blues Festival has been postponed until later this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The 7-day moving average of COVID-19 cases in Michigan has increased 127 percent from two weeks ago, signaling a third wave.

This would have been the 20th year of the festival.

The festival staff said it hopes to put on the Festival in September.
