Amy Sweet of Sweet Team Homes – RE/MAX is our My Real Estate Crew Member. Amy is from the area attending both Bath High School and Michigan State University. Amy and her husband have three daughters as well as one beautiful granddaughter. They love to spend time up north at Lake Leelanau, boating, hiking, and wine tasting. Her family life has helped her in her work life by assisting her family with homeownership and moving due to growing families; helping them shift from renting to purchasing, and easing the transition of one of their biggest life events. Surviving the many facets of the industry, Amy has acquired extensive expertise in persevering through a multitude of transactional situations.
To help mid-Michigan women the most, Amy believes that it’s important to empower and arm them with knowledge to make informed decision, for one of the biggest investments of their life. Her favorite part of her job is helping clients to achieve their goals, whether buying or selling. From maximizing the seller’s potential through staging and presenting the best property, to negotiating and presenting the best terms to help a family into a new home.
Being in the real estate business for 12 years, Amy has taken home many awards. Her first year she won Greater Lansing Association of Realtors ‘Rookie of the Year’. Since then she has been named to the RE/MAX 100% Club, Platinum Club, Hall of Fame and CBHB Million Dollar Club.
