UPDATE: Power restored to 2,000 in Lansing

UPDATE (8:59 p.m.): The power has been nearly restored to the residences that lost power Thursday evening due to a failure in equipment, Lansing Board of Water and Light reports.

There are just 94 customers now without power as of 9:08 p.m. Thursday.

Lansing, Mich. (WLNS) — Nearly 2,000 people are out of power in Lansing. due to a failure in equipment, Lansing Board of Water and Light reports.

Power is estimated to be restored around 11:00 p.m. Thursday.
